Synthoric
I built an AI tool that replaces ~$100+/month in subscriptio
Hey everyone 👋
Over the past few months I kept running into the same problem:
Every time I wanted to create something with AI, I had to:
jump between different tools
learn different interfaces
stack up more subscriptions
Image tool here. Video tool there. Another bill at the end of the month.
It just felt… inefficient.
So I built Synthoric.

What it is: A single place to generate AI images and videos — without switching tools.
What I focused on:
keeping it simple (no bloated UI)
fast output (type → generate → done)
affordable (£7.99/month instead of stacking multiple subscriptions)
What I’ve learned so far:
People don’t actually want “more AI tools”
They want fewer tools that do more.
Speed matters more than features
If it’s not quick and easy, people drop off.
Pricing is a huge pain point
A lot of creators are interested… until they see the total cost of everything combined.
Where I’m at:
Live and usable
Early users testing it
Iterating based on feedback (fast)
Would love your thoughts:
Is “all-in-one AI creation” actually compelling?
What would stop you from switching to something like this?
What’s the one feature you’d expect immediately?
Happy to share numbers, mistakes, or the build process if anyone’s interested 👇
About
I’m working on Synthoric because using AI right now feels messy. If you want to create content, you end up juggling multiple tools — one for images, one for video, another for something else — each with its own subscript

hello Synthoric founder
I just read your post about Synthoric. This line hit me: "They want fewer tools that do more."
I'm noticing the same pattern with solo builders like you. You're dealing with it on the product side — juggling priorities, iterating fast, keeping focused when there's a million things you could build next. Managing the plan, executing daily, pivoting when feedback changes direction — it all gets scattered.
I'm not selling anything — just talking to solo builders about how you actually handle planning and daily execution when you're wearing all the hats.
Would you be open to a quick 20-minute call about how you're managing it with Synthoric? I think your perspective would be really valuable.
