Hey Indie Hackers,

I recently launched SystemaFlow; a set of clean, reusable and editable templates focused on processes to help founders and small teams get organised and setup structure and scale in their business.

Most small businesses don’t setup up with proper systems and when they scale, the chaos scales alongside them.

I’ve worked inside fast-scaling teams and saw first-hand how they have no clear ownership of roles and responsibilities, no onboarding processes, no SOP's, no handoff processes, no recurring trackers etc. then list goes on.

SystemaFlow fixes that with tools built in apps people actually use and are familiar with in real business, mainly focusing on using the Microsoft Ecosystem.

SystemaFlow is built around our 3 main system categories; Mini Packs (quick wins), Core Packs (full systems), and Vaults (bundled packs). Think plug-and-play systems for everything from onboarding, to operational clarity, project tracking, team building, company culture and client delivery and more.

We just hit our first 100 subscribers and passed 150 downloads. Early days, and it's an early milestone, but an important one.
