Public Beta Test started

After having worked for about two years on what once was a CSV viewer, became now a CSV editor. And I decided to eventually sell it as classical standalone desktop application for macOS. To improve the application and to get feedback from user, in October 2017 I started a public beta test.

I thought it should take about half a year. I was wrong, though.
