Started to work on a CSV Viewer

I often had to deal with CSV files, but there was no CSV viewer for the Mac. And I was looking for a project to refresh my old C++ skills and learn a cross-platform GUI toolkit. So I started to work on this side project whenever my job as a freelance online marketing consultant permitted it.
