TableFlow
Live table management for restaurants
Hey IH! 👋
Just shipped TableFlow — a table management SaaS for Greek restaurants and tavernas.
What it does:
- Live floor plan with table status (free/occupied)
- Reservations management in one place
- Mobile waiter view (works on any phone)
- Real-time updates across all devices
- Analytics: occupancy, peak hours, guests served
Tech stack:
- Next.js 16 (App Router)
- Supabase (Postgres + Auth + Realtime + RLS)
- Stripe (subscriptions)
- Deployed on Vercel
- Built with Claude Code (game changer for solo founders)
Pricing model:
€29.99/month with 7-day free trial — no credit card required during trial. After trial, owners contact me via phone for activation. Personal touch matters in Greek B2B.
Why Greek market first:
- Less competition (OpenTable/Resy don't serve Greek tavernas well)
- I'm Greek myself — can sell in person, do support in native language
- Word-of-mouth still drives business decisions here
- Lower customer acquisition cost via direct outreach
Demo video (in Greek, sorry IH friends — it's targeting prospects):

Where I'm at:
- Product shipped ✅
- 29 cold emails sent so far, 0 replies yet (early days)
- Planning in-person visits to local tavernas this week
- Goal: 5 paying customers in 30 days
What I'd love feedback on:
1. Cold email vs in-person for hyper-local B2B — anyone done the hybrid?
2. Pricing — too cheap (€29.99)? Should I anchor higher?
3. Trial without card — friction-reducer or future churn-maker?
Open to all feedback, critiques, and warnings about hidden mountains ahead 🙏
Will update this thread weekly with real numbers.
About
I noticed Greek tavernas and restaurants still manage tables on paper, lose track of reservations during peak hours, and have no real-time visibility of their floor. The existing solutions are either built for huge chain
