Old goal is to be more accurate and specific. We're continuing to test and build upon our existing technology and are looking for partners / freelancer in this space.

Together, we can create a tool that is useful for the tailors, makers out there who will have a decent chance at advancing their crafts and their lives.

June 14, 2020 Beta launch TAILOAR

Even though the product is not perfect, we pushed the app live on the Apple store to gather even more feedback: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/tailoar-tailoring-measurements/id1491969192

TAILOAR (https://tailoru.com/pages/tailoar-measure-at-home-app) is an application which allows customers to measure themselves at home with their phone. They can then send the measurements to their makers / tailors.

150+ tests and counting

August 14, 2019 Interview users and start working on TAILOAR

TAILOAR (https://tailoru.com/pages/tailoar-measure-at-home-app) is an application which allows customers to measure themselves at home with their phone. They can then send the measurements to their makers / tailors.

We start interview our first 58 users for this application and start building the base line tech for it.

June 10, 2019 First pivot into craftstech

Measurements are hard to capture cross continents to ensure quality

Operationally, shipping is a huge cost in 1:1 shipment and effect margins

A huge question is if we should be yet another brand / maker who competes with other makers OR should we be an enabler to help these makers

In the end we pivoted from a fashion e-tailoring brand to becoming a craftstech partner

November 2018 Came up with an idea for e-tailoring

Connecting global tailors with consumers in the US
Start reaching out to makers and recruiting consumers

Hypothesis is if we are able to do this, it would be awesome: everyone will have access to tailoring at an affording cost and makers will earn a good living

Challenge really is to determine whether cross continents tailoring is possible to deliver high quality products
