Tailry
Unlimited Shopify management. One flat monthly fee.
Finally, I closed the service to focus on my new business Mr.Dobelina.
I turned it into a photoshop retouch service, and I'm interested in selling the website and all the connections to make it work properly. You'll just have to find clients.
Hit me up if interested.
During this week I've been working on the re-pricing and offer of Tailry, focusing more on one-time tasks and simpler subscription plans. I removed the development part of the subscription plans and I'm planning to offer that as bundles, but is not priority at the moment.
Some time ago I reviewed a store with a free consultation, and this week the founder got back at me and purchased a Single Task to fix his menu organization and collections pages.
On Monday I'll publish all the new offering, but so far it started well!

Over the years, one of my specialties working with fashion brands has been image retouch, for eCommerce product images or style look books. That means background removal, product color changes, skin retouch, ghost mannequin, or anything that involves the improvements of images.
On December 7th, Tailry will launch the photo retouch service at fixed price. No matter the type of retouch needed, customers will be able to buy bundles for X number of images. Whenver a retouch is requested, Tailry will send a sample free of charge within 24h to make sure all the requirements are correctly understood, and once approved the remaining image will be delivered within 24/36h.
I have already a good number of satisfies clients, going from emerging designers to major brands — I want to give the opportunity to anyone who wants professional imagery for their brand to do so investing a fraction of the average industry pricing.

Today I published some new revision in the landing page. I've made more clear all the process to submit tickets and the services we offer. I opted for the classic list of task, instead of a description as before.
Also, I reconsidered to type of customers I want to work with. I have experience in fashion, so it made sense to me to focus on this niche.

Today on Product Hunt I found https://www.swipe.page, which was very interesting. Even tho Tailry is not a SaaS, I found multiple tips that I'm sure will work also on a landing page like mine.
I changed some CTA, placed the Customer review just before the pricing and refined some copy.
I'm considering to refine and redesign some parts. Using an image of Many Request in action to make it clear how easy is to submit tasks — also clip some parts of the copy.

Since launch, I've been talking with possible clients, but as of now no one has started the subscription. I can tell people are interested in the service, but probably the entry price is too high considering that no one knows the service yet, and also they're giving access to their store. Today I created a new Micro plan, and entry-level plan with limited requests, to act as an insurance of a store, for emergencies or last-minute fixes.

Something magical happened. I launched on Product Hunt on Monday at 4pm CET. After 20 minutes I had second thoughts like "Damn, I should have waited tomorrow morning", but then for some reason totally unknown to me, the post has been set to "on hold until September 1st" — I really have no idea why, but this saved my launch. I kept doing my things, had dinner, killed some Clickers on The Last of Us 2, and then went to sleep.
September 1st — I wake up at 8am, check my emails, and finally open Product Hunt, curious about what was going on...boom. First product of the day! I knew this wouldn't have lasted long as there are way cooler and interesting projects for PH readers, but I spent my breakfast and the following hours with a dumb smile while refreshing the page watching the upvotes going up, and up, and up.
A couple hours later: "You got mail, someone booked a call for the Pro plan"— can you imagine, I went full "Nintendo 64 kid" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFlcqWQVVuU). I had the call the day after and looks like they're going to start with the free trial 🥳
Another potential customer wrote me on the chat, asking if could take care of something in his Shopify and that it was interested in the Basic plan. I obviously said yes, and that I was available for a call, but then he ghosted as you would do with your evil-ex.
Around 3pm, "someone booked a call" — wow. I check the store and it's a HUGE store here in Italy. I thought about what would mean to manage such a big store, and I got to realize that I prefer to have 10 small clients, rather than 3 big, even if they pay more. We got on a call the day after, but the guy totally misunderstood what we do. But, just the fact that this mega store found me somehow, it's a good sign.
At the end of the day, I got 220 upvotes (thanks everyone!), 2 booked calls, about 1k views on the page, and a lot of satisfaction.
Last of Us 2. Clickers. Bed.
Wake up at 8am — "someone booked a call for Tuesday 8th".
Guys, I'm positive.

After a Sunday and Monday morning refining the last details, I finally launched on Product Hunt!
Not sure with my few followers I will reach the homepage, but I had to start somewhere. I love Product Hunt, since the very beginning. I don't think my ideal clients would even know about it, but is always nice to share accomplishments with a community like this.
If you spare a second, click the upvote!

Well, let's say I've been trying multiple color variations all day. But this time I'm satisfied. I really like the other variation in light pink I tested, and I'll definitely try to A/B test it.
I wanted something subtle in colors, so I used light gradients all over the place. I like that while you scroll you go from color to white, and color again without noticing.

I had already some names, but I went searching more contacts I can reach out, as well listing all websites I want to publish Tailry, such as Prouct Hunt, Betalist, here (obviously), and so on.
I think I found an interesting list some time ago, but I can't find it anymore. If anyone has some tips, please share them in the comments.
