Yesterday my newsletter surpassed 200 subscribers! CPL has been hovering around $5 which is still high in my opinion...still working to get it down.

I've heard TikTok is a good place to buy right now so I'm working on creating a video ad that would work for TT audience. Trying to figure out how to advertise a newsletter via video in a way that engages people will be an interesting creative challenge.

Wow, the growth has really started to take off. Currently only running ads in Facebook but I have the CPL down to around $3 which is awesome. I'd grow faster if FB didn't have my account limited to $50/day 😩 but still, the growth is inspiring.

Think I might wait until I'm at 500 subs to launch the newsletter...want to make sure I have a good size audience to sell these domains to. Initially was thinking 100 subs but that's too small of an audience I think.

Figure 69 is worth celebrating so I'm proud to say today is the day we hit that magical number. Facebook ads are now converting at under a $5 CPL which is awesome...will keep optimizing those ads. I think I could get it under $2 and then I'll really be able to turn up that budget and scale.

Facebook ads are finally getting cheaper, around $5 CPL now which is a big improvement. I've started interest targeting and that seems to be working. Also creating new ad thumbnails...gotta keep testing.

Thinking to launch the newsletter once I reach 100 subscribers but we'll see.

However, acquiring email subscribers through Facebook has proved to be expensive in 2022. Currently, I'm getting new subscribers at about $10 per lead...ouch. If anyone has suggestions for how to get that CPL down please let me know.

I'm exploring advertising through Twitter as well but so far that has proven unsuccessful.
