Came up with the idea!
The other day, my fiancé and I were talking about buying our own flat. We quickly realized how difficult it was to know whether we were taking the right decision as multiple parameters had to be taken into account:
- Should we buy to live in the place?
- Should we buy a flat to rent it? Or invest in REITs? Or invest in SCPI (a 🇫🇷 financial investment)?
- Should I use my savings to pay off my student loan before investing or after?
- And many more!
So with a friend, we developed a program that takes into account all those variables and then issue a recommandation.
We talked about it to other friends who immediately wanted to use it. I guess we now have a good idea on which to build our first indie hacker business 🙌
Quick side note: we focus for the time being on the French market.
