Our engineering team has been working on building a calendar and scheduler system. We took a very unique turn on this. Rather than creating another calendar, we decided to create a system that manages all your preexisting calendar and your new events. Fully featured with four different views, Tapdesk calendar syncs all your calendars allowing you to just use one simple calendar.

Tapdesk scheduler gives you the ability to create event slots so your clients can easily book an appointment, a tour, a demo, or join a webinar with you.

Event timeline provides a chronological order of your activities in your events in real-time. Invitees can send you a message, you can reply to messages, send reminders or notes, take private notes of the event, approve or decline proposed time, manage invitees and so much more. Tapdesk Calendar integrates with video-conferencing applications you already use (Zoom, Google Meet, GoToMeeting). No need to switch between applications to create or manage events. You get to relax on one hub and we worry about the rest of them.
