I built an AI-powered career platform to solve a problem I kept seeing everywhere:

Talented people not getting interview calls.

After speaking with multiple job seekers, one pattern stood out — it’s not about skills, it’s about how those skills are presented.

Most resumes fail ATS screening.

Most LinkedIn profiles are not optimized for visibility.

And most candidates don’t know what they’re missing.

So I built TargetShine.

It helps users:

• Optimize resumes for ATS

• Improve LinkedIn profiles

• Identify missing keywords

• Increase chances of getting interview calls

The idea is simple:

Use AI to bridge the gap between skills and visibility.

I believe this space has huge potential, especially with AI-driven personalization and job matching.
