Redesigned the Website

So the quick website didn't looked nice and also the concepts of TaskChamp were to be updated. I redesigned it made it live. Now there's a lot of improvemt in the bounce rate

Landing page and promotion

Quickly created a landing and posted it on a social media website to see the initial responses. Was glad to see that 15 people actually subscribed and on a basic post based promotion overnight. Got feedback on the page itself and working on the wireframes for early usability tests.

Along with that also working on the product to release the MVP till the 1st week of September

Researching related apps/websites and humans

Kept researching , got various new apps doing similar things. Meeting people, friends and families to know how they keep up with various tasks. What physical / digital tools help them ? What if they procrastinate ? What's the frequency of them not working and delaying it ? And trying many more ways to dig out areas of problem.

How to deal with procrastination ?

Researching about the ways people get back on their tasks once they have procrastinated it. It's the reward mechanism which gets them back on track
