The Future of Maintenance, AI Maintenance Ticketing Solution
Hey IH 👋
TaskScout started as an internal tool at NSR Petro Services.
When I was working there, I noticed the same frustrating pattern: you’d walk into certain locations, and pumps would be bagged and out of service. Not because the parts weren’t available or the vendors weren’t willing, but because maintenance tickets were lost, delayed, or never resolved properly.
We built TaskScout to fix that problem. At first it was just a simple way to log tickets, track them, and make sure work actually got done. Over time it grew into a full AI-powered CMMS that handles vendor dispatch, work order tracking, and invoicing.
Now, other operators—beyond just gas stations—are starting to use it: hotels, restaurants, and multi-site businesses that struggle with the same downtime and communication issues.
I’d love feedback from the community:
If you’ve run into broken processes like this, how did you solve it?
What’s one feature you’d expect in a “next-gen” CMMS?
Happy to share more about our journey, early results, and what we’re building next.
