Team Benefits
A service platform for businesses to get employee benefits
With a business plan set, a website, service providers onboard I needed a plan to talk business language. Understanding my audience and what they needed allowed me to craft a business proposal on why they need a benefit program and why I have what they want.
Based on my business plan, website and vision, I approached the service providers I knew would be the realistic first start. I chatted with them, gave them my vision and was completely transparent. They loved it and I set up a SLA with their help to get things more secure before I went out to knock on doors.

I built a website to showcase my offerings. A sort of mock up or proof of concept to get the ball rolling and the creative juice flowing. At first I went blue sky with the providers I hoped to get, then I scaled down to be realistic based on what I could get.

Looking at job specs I saw a big push for businesses to use benefits in attracting new staff. Free lunches, parties, coffee etc. Then I looked at my own company I worked at and saw how they leveraged staff benefits. I saw how it impacted peoples lives at work and the business as a whole. More businesses needed this. This drove me to start connecting the dots and create a business plan.

Learning foreign languages not only stimulates the opportunity for international business partnerships. It also helps customers feel more supported, so it's a necessity to know more than one language in the business industry. So if you want to be successful, you need to use at least mobile apps like Duolingo to learn the base or work with tutors from Preply to master the language, and I'm sure it'll drive your business forward.
