Team Culture

The idea for Team Culture is to assess a person's ideal working culture - where they will be happiest and do their best work. It's not a personality test, tell you who you ARE but it's telling you how/where you'll do best. Seems to be spot-on for many people, which is gratifying.

Based on the fact that team culture matters so much, our team created this by combining two academic culture frameworks: "The Integrated Culture Framework" by a team out of Harvard and "The Culture Typology Framework by a team out of Michigan State.
