January 1, 2019 Opening signups!

On the back of lots of help in a thread I posted, I decided to open up signups for TeamTools to everybody (rather than continuing to capture emails, even though there's enough there to add value).

Now all I need to do is get people to actually sign up :)

December 14, 2018 Working on the call to action for the email list

I've been working on the text at the bottom of my blog and landing page designed to try and capture emails.

I'm struggling a little with this. I'm going to start a newsletter, and have a signup form for that on the blog pages (https://getteamtools.com/blog/why-im-building-teamtools), but I do wonder whether I should be trying to get people to sign up to my launch list directly, instead.

December 12, 2018 Updating my landing page

I updated my landing page to include some of the features I'm working on now, rather than just the one that was there before. I think it's clearer what the value proposition is now and hopefully more evident what the product actually is!

December 11, 2018 The MVP is ready!

Today I finished the bare minimum feature set for TeamTools, creating and sharing bookmarks with a team.
The landing page is done too, now it's time to get it out there in the world!

About

TeamTools is a Visual Studio plugin that provides a shared library of bookmarks and code snippets. Less distractions asking others where to find code, and more consistency because everybody is writing code the same way.
