TechTek Suite of Startup Tools
Tools that help startup founders make better decisions
I’ve spent the last 20 years in the engine rooms of global tech giants like the BBC and Booking.com.
The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Most startups don’t fail because they can’t build; they fail because they lack the technical judgment to know what not to build.
Founders usually operate in a "Decision Fog"—guessing MVP costs or burning through runway on over-engineered AI architectures.
To help the community move from "Vibes" to "Engineering," I’ve codified the logic I used at global scale into the TechTek Founder Suite. No gated "contact us" forms, just instant logic to help you stop guessing:
AI-Agent Estimator: Feasibility and infrastructure cost analysis.
MVP Cost Estimator: Logic-based budgeting for 2026 builds.
Burn Rate Visualizer: Seeing how tech choices impact survival.
Build-vs-Buy Analyser: Identifying core IP vs. commodities.
Try them here: https://www.techtek.io/tools/
I’m currently refining the logic for the AI-Agent estimator specifically—if you're building agentic workflows, I’d love for you to run your project through it and tell me where the logic might be missing a nuance for your niche.
About
We want to replace 'AI vibes' with production-grade benchmarks for MVP costs and agentic feasibility to help you de-risk your build and protect your runway.

The phrase "technical judgment" is what stood out to me. Most founders think they're buying development when they're actually buying a series of expensive decisions. Once the wrong architecture or product assumptions are in place, the code just makes those decisions harder to undo. Helping founders improve the quality of those decisions feels far more valuable than helping them ship faster.
