It is great to hear that even though product is somewhat people need, but their pain is in other area. Means I will not spend too much time trying to sell what they don't really want.
Talking to people is important
After I read an awesome "The mom test" book I started to think different about my product. It is important to step back, look at what I've been doing for last few weeks night by night (with a job on days) and say myself: "Ok, it is there, but consider you don't have it. Ask people what they want, regardless your product. Don't be afraid to just throw it to a trash bin and start from scratch if needed." That's very important setting.
Finished a product prototype
It just works, but it is not a product yet.
Because once I got tired with making notes on JPGs and manual checking if new version have everything done.
