Laser focus to execute your go-to-market strategy.
A few weeks ago I was drowning in my own plans. I had 50+ pages of GTM strategy docs from Claude and ChatGPT. Solid thinking. Clear steps. I knew exactly what to do.
But every time I sat down to work, the same thing happened. I'd open my notes, scan through the tasks, pick something, second-guess it, check Twitter, come back, pick something else. An hour later, nothing shipped.
The problem wasn't the strategy. It was decision fatigue.
Every micro-decision burns willpower. What should I work on? Which task first? Is this the highest priority? Should I switch to something else? By noon I was empty. And nothing had moved.
So I built tellmewhattodo.
The idea is simple. You paste your GTM strategy—whatever format, from wherever you got it. You add your leads if you have them. You hit start. And it feeds you one task at a time.
No choosing. No scanning a list. No deciding what's next. Just: "Do this now."
When you finish, you hit next. The next task appears. You do it. You hit next again.
That's it.
I designed it for focused one-hour sprints. You sit down, start a session, and grind through tasks without context-switching. The goal isn't to check boxes. It's to get into flow and stay there.
Why the bright green?
This was intentional. Most productivity tools blend into your screen. Muted colors, minimal design, another tab that looks like every other tab. That's a problem.
When everything looks the same, nothing demands focus. Your eye wanders. You drift to email, to Slack, to Twitter.
tellmewhattodo uses a bright green background specifically so it doesn't blend in. When you're in a session, it should feel different. It should stand out from everything else on your screen. The color is a visual anchor—it signals that right now, you're in execution mode.
It's not pretty. It's functional. The green says: this is the task. Do it. Move on.
Who it's for
I built this for founders like me. People who have done the thinking but struggle with the doing. People who have strategy docs gathering dust. People who make so many decisions in a day that they need something to decide for them.
If you're a solo founder wearing every hat, this helps you stop spinning and start shipping. If you're running GTM for a startup and juggling outreach across ten channels, this keeps you locked in. If you're a sales person with a hundred leads and no system, this tells you who to contact next.
The tool I built to sell something else became something worth selling.
I've been using it myself for the past week. Yesterday I ground through 80 tasks without getting sidetracked. That's not a flex—it's just what happens when you stop choosing and start executing.
Try it and tell me if it's useful or if I'm solving a problem nobody has: tellmewhattodo.xyz
Just recorded a quick demo showing how it works.
Paste your GTM strategy from Claude, ChatGPT, wherever. Add your leads. Hit start. You get one task at a time—no decisions, just execution.

Would love feedback from anyone who tries it.

I was convinced when they showed me profits from other clients that had invested in their platform, I began investing with them. When it was time to withdraw my profits, their website was shut down and I tried contacting them but they wanted me to pay a huge amount of fee to be able to withdraw my funds which I did until they cut me off and stopped all communication with me.
