I’ve been thinking about this a lot while building Tempest.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot while building Tempest.

Making a decision is usually the easy part.

The harder part is what happens a few weeks later when new customer feedback, a failed experiment, or a new constraint shows up.

Do you actually go back and revisit the original reasoning?

Or do you just make a new decision based on whatever context is in front of you now?

I’m curious how other founders handle this.

Do you have any system for updating old assumptions and decisions when new evidence comes in, or is it mostly informal?
