How i came up with the idea

Since i have a habit trying to discover "pain points" in my every day life, i noticed that school administrators and preschool principles are constantly calling in cover staff in the mornings (when a teacher call in sick). My initial thought was "this could be automated" and hence the idea of TempHub was born. There are probably other industries and organisations out there with a similar need. Let's see :)
