Working at @somosmach I realized that each time a manager wanted to change something on our T&C document, they had to request it to the engineering team and it went to the backlog > sprint > release... you know the drill.

Later on at my current job I saw something similar. Our dev team created a document generation tool that populates a document template with the customer name, last name, email, id number, etc. In order to create a contract. And again, each time somebody wants to change a word here or there, it went to the development team. In my opinion... not very efficient and very boring.
