Ten Ayahs
Apply and internalize the Qur'an as you memorize it.
Hi, I'm Steven.
I'm a Muslim, a programmer, a husband, and in shaa Allah I'm soon to be a father, but I'm not an Arabic speaker by any stretch of the imagination.
There's always been this thing that's been bugging me whenever I memorize Qur'an and that's been my ability to understand what I'm saying. So I'll read the translation and try to get the tafsir going and do it ayah by ayah but it takes so much effort that it makes me want to either memorize and worry about understanding later (which just aches my heart) or just pause memorizing completely until I learn Arabic.
Two options I just didn't like.
I decided not to take either option and try to go back to my original strategy but with a tool that could make that process easier. Something that forces me to use that strategy and makes me feel like I'm making good progress every time I use it.
That's why I started developing Ten Ayahs. https://tenayahs.com/
I really hope it can help others who have the same issue.

About
Ten Ayahs exists because my heart ached from repeatedly memorizing Qur'an without internalizing the words I was able to recite. I wanted to cure myself of that ache. This is for those who memorize and feel that same way.
