Distributed the first access to the MVP for a subset of core subscribers. I am following up with them and processing the feedback received. At the same time checking all the bugs and suggestions for features and improvements coming from them. A Humbling experience.

About

There is not enough focus on retention, because it is harder to grasp than acquisition. Saas need tools to help them reduce their churning rate and improve their brand perception in an automated way.
