Your policies are not that clear actually. I signed up for a free trial, with a full money-back guarantee if I am not satisfied. I am not satisfied, but you claim that I cant have my money back since I have "used the trial". How is it possible to know if I am satisfied without using the trial? Is that not the point of a free trial? That the users can TRY the service and then decide if they are happy about it?

Hi Patricio, this is a nice project. I tried it out from here, and tried a subscription to support
I tried cancelling the plan, I did not get a confirmation mail. Also, it still shows I'm on the 'monthly plan' and no info about a cancellation. Could you please check ?-

is the project dead or something? I contacted support today to ask for a refund as the form is broken and I paid twice for nothing.
