Textdb

This was loads of fun and I was happy it hit #1.

Phoenix handled the front page traffic just fine, with a max CPU load of about 4%. Currently textdb is only running on one machine (so it's also running nginx and postgres) -- specifically the 20$ a month option from digital ocean.

Now that it's been a couple days traffic has even'd out to a reasonable 2000 people / day

I got so annoyed by the prospects of signing up for some big db when all I really wanted to do was share a list of names for my command line tool.

Then I immediately got to programming, using elixir and phoenix which I've found to be wildly productive, if a little opaque at times.
