I kept running into the same problem on Telegram.
I'd find a great channel, group, or bot — then forget the link, or never find anything similar again. Search is weak. Recommendations are random. If you run a channel, growth is mostly: post everywhere, hope something sticks, or pay for promos with no real targeting.
So I started building TgDio.
The idea is simple: one place to discover and promote Telegram media — channels, groups, bots, and stickers — not just one type.
What TgDio does today:
Directory with categories, search, filters, and ratings
Creators can list their media and manage it from a dashboard
Promotion tools: featured listings, promo bids, low-cost ads
Multi-language support for a global audience
Crypto wallet deposits (OxaPay) so international payments are easier
Who it's for:
Users who want better Telegram discovery
Channel/group owners who need visibility without expensive marketing
Crypto and niche communities that live on Telegram
Why I'm building it: I'm Kishor, based in India, bootstrapping this as a side project. Telegram already has the content and the audience — what's missing is a clean discovery layer plus simple promotion tools for small creators. That's the gap TgDio is trying to fill.
It's early. The site is live, listings are growing, and I'm iterating based on what creators actually need.

What stood out to me is that Telegram discovery isn’t really a search problem—it’s a retention-of-interest problem. People don’t struggle to find content once; they struggle to resurface it or find adjacent communities that match what they already liked. If TgDio consistently helps turn one good channel discovery into a network of related ones, that’s where it becomes more than just a directory.
