Shopify stores are bleeding profit on expensive apps that shouldn't exist.
I got tired of watching founders pay for simple logic, so i built the $0 automation stack.
The shift: Instead of bloated middleware, i’m using native server-side logic (make.com + workspace) to handle tracking, inventory, and quotas for free.
No subscriptions. No code. Just higher margins.
