The Byte

I was pleasantly surprised at how well anchor.fm works. It is very easy to use, nice analytics, and easy to distribute. I don't have to worry about hosting or creating phase.

I tried to automate the transcribing of the podcast but I was spending way too much time for something I could buy as a service. Now I can again focus on content generation.

I found starting the podcast I learned a lot in the first few episodes. I only launched publicly once the podcast was listed and I had a queue of about 10 episodes ready to go.
