Finally decided to make my book available as a PDF on Gumroad. I added all current languages (English, French, Portuguese and Dutch) and included a prerelease sales page for the Spanish version to see if it is worth translating it. https://gumroad.com/ramonsuarez

After finishing editing and laying out the book it is finally available for sale and I start sending it to the crowdfunding backers. Sending the kindle versions was a big pain.
