THE DEEP WORK DIAGNOSTIC

My father needs a liver transplant. My family was close to selling our home to pay for it. I am 17 years old and I decided to try building something instead of watching everything fall apart.

I had no laptop. No money. No coding experience. Just a phone.

What I learned building this on a phone:

Systeme.io works surprisingly well on mobile for funnel building. Gumroad handles payments and delivery with zero technical knowledge needed. The hardest part was not building the products — it was learning copywriting, funnel architecture and traffic generation from scratch with no prior knowledge.

I wrote every word. Designed every cover. Built every funnel page. All on a 6 inch screen.

Where I am right now:

Products are live. Funnel is connected. Affiliate program is active at 50% commission on all products. I have my first view but zero sales so far.
