The Founder OS

Your brain is for ideas—this will turn them into businesses.

February 11, 2026 I 'cannot' be the only one struggling.

I kept losing things and it was driving me completely insane, you know, like I'd have this brilliant idea for a new revenue stream in my SaaS business and I'd write it down somewhere—maybe in that one Notion page I created three months ago, or was it in my phone notes, or did I email it to myself—and then two weeks later when I actually had time to work on it, I'd spend an hour just trying to find where I put the damn thing, and by then half the context was gone from my brain and I couldn't remember why I thought it was such a good idea in the first place.

And the thing is, it wasn't just about losing individual notes, it was that everything was connected in my head but completely disconnected in my tools, like I'd be working on launching this enterprise tier for my product and I'd have tasks in one place and the actual project plan in another and the marketing campaign we were planning in a third place and none of them talked to each other, so I'd constantly be asking myself "wait, which tasks are actually for this project?" or "what was the budget we allocated to this again?" and I'd have to open like seven different pages to piece together what should have been one coherent picture.

I remember sitting there at 11pm on a Tuesday, trying to figure out if I should double down on my consulting side hustle or focus on the SaaS, and I literally couldn't answer the question because I had no idea how much time I was actually spending on each thing (some interesting developments here that I'll post about soon enough), or which one was closer to being viable, or what the hell I was even trying to accomplish with half of these projects I'd started and never finished, and I just thought "there has to be a better way to do this" because I'm supposed to be building multiple businesses here, not drowning in organizational chaos.

So I built this template, and I know it sounds kind of ridiculous to say a Notion template changed things, but the core idea was simple—what if everything actually connected, like actually connected, not just in my brain but in the system itself, so when I complete a task it automatically shows up as progress on the project, and the project rolls up to show health across my entire business vertical, and I can actually see at a glance which of my five different experiments is worth my time and which ones I should just kill already.

I called it The Founder OS because that's what it is, really—it's my operating system for running multiple businesses without losing my mind or my work or your sanity, and I'm sharing it because I can't be the only person who was tired of juggling fifty Notion pages and wondering where that one critical piece of information went, the one that would have saved me three hours if I could just remember where I put it.

I built this to handle the chaos of managing multiple ideas across fragmented tools where strategic projects get lost, connections between work and outcomes are invisible, and I couldn't tell which experiments worked.
