The Global Bible Study

So, last year, I started The Global Bible Study (or at least had the idea). When I say "last year," I actually mean "yesterday" (as it's now 2023).

I have designed the website, and I'll soon be working on starting the community itself (hopefully including training material on how to use the community software). My plan is to launch it on the community builder, Heartbeat.

What is the main idea? Bible studies are great when they're local, but they can have great impact also when they're online. However, the issue then is finding the tech to host them. This is why I plan to host it on one platform and partner with others to start these Bible studies. The plan would be to have one Bible Study per language, but some languages would be big enough to need more, so probably I will just allow people to start Bible Studies regardless of whether their language is already listed or not.

Once I have some Bible studies started, I plan to put the languages up on our official website (https://www.theglobalbiblestudy.com). For now, there's a waitlist for those who want to start or join a Bible study.
