The Story Stash

This is a classic scratch my own itch kind of problem. My wife and I have put together custom photo books using services like Blurb, one for every year since we got married. We fill them with pictures and write journal length type entries about what has happened. Busier lives with work, children and other activities has made it impossibly hard to keep track of the information as it happens and leads to us forgetting really great things. The first thing we tried to improve was adding hashtags to text messages when it was something we wanted to remember. Later we would search our history for the hashtags and copy it out. After going through the pain of copying all of the searches from the past year I knew I could do better. Thus the story stash was born.
