Took way longer than expected, but I'm really proud that I pushed myself to finish and in the end, I think the book turned out well.
For now it's only on Gumroad, because App Sumo didn't accept it for some reason (they said it wasn't suitable for their platform, but they have other ebooks, so not sure what's the problem.

Even though I think there is an audience for the book, I don't want to write something for months for nobody to get it, so I have to start advertising it.

It's not much, but for now it will do. I can always make it prettier later on. Also, I added a subscribe field with MailChimp so that people who are interested get an email when the book is out.
When the book is ready I will add it to AppSumo and Gumroad as well, for now I've decided against listing it on Amazon, but that can change. However, I'll need some traffic and beta readers who can give me feedback and testimonials - I will try posting it on Reddit and ProductHunt when it's ready.
CRM is one of those areas that is becoming more and more important for businesses, but I feel like there’s not enough information for people wanting to learn more about it, especially when compared to things like PPC, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing.
When I was starting my journey in CRM, I barely had any knowledge and had to learn everything on the job. My Business Administration degree didn’t cover this subject at all (to be fair, it didn’t have anything at all about Digital Marketing, but that’s a whole different topic), and online resources didn’t provide me anything of value
Over the years, I’ve worked for companies in different areas and sectors - Gambling, eCommerce, and SaaS, so I wanted to include examples and tips for all of them, but as I was writing I thought it was getting a bit unorganized, so I decided to focus on SaaS for this book. If there is demand, I can write an eCommerce version as well.
