Ran a small ad campaign to get my first users. Acquired them for a good rate and the conversion to free trial was high. Main purpose was to beta test the product, so I reached out personally to ask users for their feedback. Only 2 users gave feedback but the feedback was meaningful. I’ve also implemented product analytics so was able to learn from the behaviour.
