We are currently releasing our free private beta.

We have developed an entire SaaS using no code tools. Our software now helps the company to design a personalized work experience that enables each employee to work the way he/she loves.

We are currently onboarding companies to try the software.

Spring lockdown gave us the possibility to launch a free remote module to help companies switching remote. It helped us to reach people all around the world with a total of 75 companies pre registered with 25k employees.

We also have developed the software during this period.

After developing the idea, we have released our first landing page.

We were presenting a tool for HR and managers that uses cognitive data to help them understanding each employee's personality, goals and work preference to improve decision making inside big companies.

We start Think Confluent with the idea that companies don't consider enough their employees.

Everything is standardized from the beginning till the very end of the employee experience. You have to be like everybody:
-Extrovert
-Loving teamwork
-Doing 256 activities
blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Why can't we be ourselves?
Maybe there's a link between people that can't express who they are and people hating their jobs?

From this statement, we have started to develop a software that could solve this huge problem.
