Thinkbase.com
Seriously accelarate your tasks
We launched our first iteration of the platform to test whether or not users:
- Understand the idea of the website
- Naturally understand the model pages and its navigation
- Feel that the models provide value
The idea is that the model pages explain a subject and help people execute upon them 10x better than any other website.
This test will continue in parallel with the other tests of our basic assumptions that we plan to launch in the coming weeks.
We have created the following pages on the test.thinkbase.com domain:
- Home
- Search
- Model 'purchase contract'
- Share your knowledge
Other stuff:
- Created a new logo version (more professional)
- Designed the 'search' page
- Drafted the first newsletter

It's been a bit of a struggle to put the concept into an actual design but we have been able to:
- Finalize Figma design for 2 models and full UX
- Created MVP briefing .paper document
- Launched and completed Upwork search for a developer
- Hired and interviewed candidates
- Selected first developer (Bojan, welcome!)

After many hours tinkering about the concept, building simple python scripts, and brainstorming, I felt it was time to start building and launch a minimum viable product for Thinkbase.
The idea is a platform where:
a) Users have free access to subject pages by experts in any given field. These pages provide advice in any way, shape, or form. But always in a structured way. Loosely based on Edward Deming's quote:
“If you can't describe what you are doing as a process, you don't know what you're doing.”
b) Experts build the models and get renumerated based on advertisement income. Ea. a share of the cost-per-click (CPC).
