This or That

I learned from speaking to a few early users that the SMS interface was a little clunky.

Since my target audience is marketers, product folks, and entrepreneurs, I decided to build this where most of them already are – Slack!

I launched This or That as a simple way to ask questions of random strangers on Amazon mTurk.

I'm currently giving people their first question on the platform for free, but am exploring ways to monetize. I'm currently charging $2 per request, but from asking users on the platform it seems like most aren't willing to connect their payment information through a link in a text message.

I'm considering creating a simple app to instill more trust in the user base that the site is legitimate, but for now am exploring some ways to reduce friction.

Either way, cool to drive users from Instagram for really cheap and seeing people ask fun questions like: What should I wear? Which logo idea do you like best for my new business?
