Three Things Daily
Make gratitude a daily habit
To reach more people I decided to finally launch on ProductHunt. Three Things Daily didn't get on the Top 5, it only placed 6th overall, but I'm still grateful for ProductHunt for the exposure. I got some new users out of it. https://www.producthunt.com/posts/three-things-daily
After getting rejected (I didn't realize I couldn't put a "Support Three Things Daily" button that led to my Buy Me a Coffee page), Three Things Daily is finally on the Play Store, too! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.threethingsdaily.android

After a couple of rejections (I didn't know the guidelines regarding UGC or User Generated Content), Three Things Daily is finally on the App Store! I'm excited for the users to start using it and give me feedback. I'm still waiting for Play Store approval so I'm still a bit anxious though. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/three-things-daily/id1564688143?itsct=apps_box_link&itscg=30200

Instead of monetizing Three Things Daily I decided to offer it completely free instead because I believe in the cause and want to help more people become more grateful. However, I did decide to accept donations through Buy Me a Coffee to help keep costs down low and to help motivate me to keep working on it. After a few hours, I got my first supporter! I was so happy because it makes me believe even more how helpful the app is to people. https://www.buymeacoffee.com/crystalcamarao/c/1374182

I decided to move Three Things Daily from Wordpress to Adalo so that I could easily make a mobile app for it. The process was not easy, I had to figure out all sorts of things and I haven't quite figured out other things.I'm really nervous about this transition and hope the users like it.

I realized I needed more users to get feedback, so I decided to post on Show HN. I really did not expect a lot of votes, but somehow I managed to get some. For a brief period of time I was on the HN front page and ended up on the top 3 of Show HN for that day. I think it helped that I made sure to respond to every comment as much as possible. Thanks to HN I got an estimate of 2500 pageviews and 82 new signups. Awesome. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=26646110

After coming up with the idea, I designed and developed an MVP by mostly using no-code tools. To test the product, I asked family and friends to try it out for me. Overall they loved it and provided me with some points for improvement. This is how I got my first 22 users.
