Today I decided I needed more eyes on my product concept before continuing development.
And ProductHunt is an excellent way to get some fresh pair of eyes on it.
So I created a quick video on Biteable to display my ideas and without further preparation I took the shot!
At this point I would love some extra votes for my post to get this building-in-public thing started :D
Because every human is different, everyone is the best at something: being themselves. And so the more authentic you are to who you are, and what you love to do, the less competition you're gonna have. Nowadays you can turn that into a career.
Whether you are planning to write a book, sell a course or launch a product, you'll need comrades.
Too many businesses start with a big idea and ultimately fail because nobody wants to pay for their product. What are they missing? An Audience-Driven approach. Find customers first, and build a solution with them.
Now that's not to say that what you build will be the next Facebook, or reach billions of users, but if you just want to reach 50,000 passionate people like you, there's an audience out there for you. You just need to connect with them.

And it went well!
Not hundred of upvotes, but that's not what I was aiming for at this (pre-alpha) stage of the product.
So far, 33 people upvoted Throngalong and a few of them also signed up for the product.
That makes me happy.
Next up for me is to stay in touch with those folks and extract (momtest style) what value Throngalong could deliver for them.
