Instead of overthinking it, I built a rough AI version.
It was ugly. It broke. It barely worked.

But one thing was clear — people cared about the outcome, not the perfection.

I kept improving it:

• Learning what actually converts

• Fixing what users found confusing

• Rebuilding parts I thought were “done”

That experiment became ThumbnailGPT — a real SaaS now used by creators.

The biggest lesson?

AI doesn’t make money by itself.
Solving a real problem does.

AI just lets you move faster.
