Tideways
PHP Application Monitoring, Profiling and Exception Tracking
We started with tideways.io since the dot-com was taken and we needed to save some profits to afford it. Finally done! We hope the dot-com is signaling more trust, especially for people that didn't hear from us before and in addition the IO top level domain recently had a few failures and problems so we want to slowly move away.
This month we reached another miletone with 300 paying customers.

Pricing monitoring software has historically been per host pricing all the way. But with Docker and our desire to support Staging and Development environments as well as PHP applications usually being vertically scaled this pricing approach seemed to be based on the wrong value metric. We dabbled with per request pricing, but customers didn't like that they couldn't estimate their costs up front. So now we launched a per application pricing, where customers can pick different plans for each application depending on how much insight / observability they want into the application.
