Nice landing page, looks clean and modern. The only thing I disliked was the exit-intent pop-up. I know it might increase conversions, but it's one dark-hat CRO tactic that I personally really hate.

Yeah, I added it for purely conversions. But even I am not very comfortable with such pop-ups in websites which show up in middle of going through the content.
Any other clean ideas that you know to improve conversions other than exit pop-ups?
Well, there are a lot of psychological tactics you could use.
But some of the white-hat ones are things like making a great product, being very clear with the pricing structure, offering some discount, starting with a free trial, making the page seem trustworthy, increasing page performance. There's an infinite amount of things you can try, honestly, but what works depends mostly on your clients. What's most important is to make sure you know exactly why the customer is on the page and what are they looking for, and position yourself to seem like you are solving exactly their problem and at a reasonable price.
