Hey hackers! I invested some time in getting the app a little more legit by signing the packages with Apple's notarization process.
Also, I built the Apple Silicon (M1) version!

I'm very exited!
I had a couple of weeks locked by myself in a hotel room in NY, the cold outside and the sad covid influence in the scene aren't particularly inviting to enjoy the streets. So, I ran out of excuses and sat down in the computer every night, wanting to get this idea out there.
I re-did the whole application from scratch, avoiding some of the problems I had with the previous version due to its foundational dependencies. I think it's way better now.
At this point I stopped adding features and I'm working to get the release package ready for distribution (This is a desktop app).
I don't know if this will go somewhere, I have no idea if it's going to be a business or what. I just felt the urge to make it.
I will be asking for beta testers and feedback soon!

The security level is very insecure when I checked it. I don't think your SSL/TLS certificate is valid. Try using Cloudflare to manage your site's certificate and DNS.

The website is actually down, I took it down a few weeks ago because it was being spammed. I will re-work it and put it up again shortly. I'm focused on the app right now. Sorry there is nothing to see yet.

A couple of days ago I got an email telling tilr.io domain was expiring. That made me feel really bad, it reminded me I have the bad habit of giving up on my own projects. A lot happened in my life in the past two years, but I still believe in this idea... I'm working on it again! I need re-factor the code and, more importantly, my habits!

Couldn't look at your page as it seems to have issues with the certificate.
Yeah, with my project, after the summer break, happened the same :) It's revised, refactored and will have new techs behind. So, good luck to you!-

Yeah, I took it down a few weeks ago because it was being a target of spam bots, I will re-work the website soon, I'm wrapping up the new Beta! I will post an update when is up again. Thank you @Dimmi!

With the help of my wife and a good friend, we managed to get the MVP/Alpha version ready to be shared (and its website), in order to gather feedback.
This is the first desktop application I built , it was made on top of the Electron framework, which allowed us to take advantage of our experience on Web development.
I wanted to be able to combine different web applications in a specific layout, and keep them in contextualized groups. I wasn't able to find something that address that need, so I decided to solve it myself.
I put together a prototype to try out the idea, and shared it with a couple of friends, who liked it and found it original.
