Time Wizer
Calendar-powered time tracking
Have you ever found yourself staring at a blank timesheet at the end of the week, trying to remember what you did on Tuesday? Yeah, me too. As a freelancer juggling multiple projects, I spent a ridiculous time... tracking time. The irony wasn't lost on me.
The Lightbulb Moment π‘
Here's the thing: I already had all my client meetings, project work, and even focused coding sessions on my calendar. I was essentially double-documenting my life β once in my calendar and again in my time-tracking tool.
That's when it hit me: Why can't my calendar B.E. my timesheet?
Enter TimeWizer
TimeWizer is my solution to this madness. It's not another time-tracking app β it's a bridge between your calendar (the one you're actually using) and your time reports.
No more:
"Oh shoot, I forgot to start the timer"
"Wait, which project was this for again?"
Sunday night timesheet panic attacks
Schedule your work as usual and let TimeWizer handle the rest. It's like having a personal assistant who obsessively tracks your time so you don't have to.

I'm building this because I desperately need it, and I suspect I'm not alone. If you're nodding while reading this, I'd love to have you on board as an early user.
Currently in development, looking for fellow freelancers and small teams who want to be part of shaping this solution. Interested? Drop a comment or check out https://timewizer.com.
Let's take back our Sundays from timesheet hell! π

P.S. I'm all ears if you want to chat about time-tracking nightmares or share your experiences! I am building this in public and would love to hear your thoughts.*

Happy to chat. I had a similar thought awhile back (though for me it was more combining my todo list with my calendars).. I actually tried to build a solution but got a little too creative and built something that wasn't that useful in the end. Happy to chat if it helps.
