Timemy

AI contract management for small and medium size businesses

May 28, 2026 We just launched Timemy — AI contract management for SMEs. Here's what happened in the first 3 weeks (and I'll keep you updated :)

Three weeks ago we launched Timemy publicly. No paid ads. No PR agency. No launch budget.

Here's what's happened since.

Why we built it

We were reviewing annual costs with a client when we found a $22,000 software contract that had auto-renewed three months earlier. The notice window had passed quietly. Nobody had flagged it. The invoice just arrived.

That conversation stayed with us. Because the more we looked, the more we realised this wasn't a one-off. It was happening everywhere. Constantly. Quietly.

Most small businesses manage supplier contracts in a shared folder or a spreadsheet. It works - until it doesn't.

So we built Timemy. Upload your supplier contracts, AI extracts every key date automatically, and you get renewal alerts at 90, 30, and 7 days before every deadline. Plus supplier spend visibility, risk scoring, and a full procurement workflow.

What's happened since launch

The thing that surprised us most happened on day 3.

Someone in Jakarta, Indonesia signed up. We had no idea how they found us until we checked PostHog. The referrer URL was chatgpt.com. Someone had asked ChatGPT about contract management software and it recommended Timemy.

We hadn't done anything to make that happen. No SEO. No paid acquisition. ChatGPT just found us.

A few days later, someone from Vision Inc. — a publicly listed Japanese company with 500+ employees — signed up from Tokyo. Again, organic. No outreach, no ads.

Two international users in the first three weeks without spending a penny on acquisition. Both from markets we hadn't even planned to target yet.

What we're doing now

We're launching on Product Hunt this Tuesday June 2nd. If you're reading this and want to support us, we'd genuinely appreciate an upvote on the day.

We're also building our LinkedIn presence, reaching out to UK accountants and fractional CFOs as distribution partners, and have just listed on G2 and Capterra.

Revenue: $0. Users: small but real. Momentum: building.

What I'd love from this community

Two things:

  1. Has anyone else noticed ChatGPT as a meaningful referral source? We're trying to understand how to deliberately cultivate this channel.

  2. Any founders who've cracked the accountant/bookkeeper partnership model for B2B SaaS — would love to hear what worked.

Happy to answer any questions about the build, the stack (Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe), or the go-to-market approach.

May 28, 2026 We're launching Timemy Contracts Management🚀

For anyone who hasn't come across us yet — Timemy is AI contract management for small and medium size businesses.

The problem we're solving:

Most SMEs manage supplier contracts in a shared folder, a spreadsheet, or someone's memory. It works — until a contract auto-renews because nobody noticed the 90-day notice window. And thousands of pounds walk straight out the door.

Not because of bad decisions.
Because of a broken system.

Timemy fixes that.

Upload your contracts. AI extracts every key date automatically. You get renewal alerts at 90, 30, and 7 days before every deadline — by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Plus supplier spend visibility, risk scoring, procurement workflows, and integrations with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage X3, NetSuite, and Business Central.

Free for up to 10 contracts. No credit card.

And if you know a business owner who's ever been caught out by an unexpected renewal let us know!
