I've recently launched what I'm calling TimeTurnip V3.

V1 was a very rough time tracker for personal time tracking back in 2018..which ironically got thousands of hits from a post to r/productivity

V2 was a revamp of that successful first launch that took me 3 years to finish and got much less traction than the first launch.

V3 was just released and it's a pivot for the time tracker which targets solo freelancers looking to track their time and create invoices for various clients and projects. I'm hoping it's a more lucrative user then my previous users which were largely students and individuals looking to be more productive.

Inspired to refocus on timeturnip.com after 2 years of inactivity I used Atlassian product discovery to organize my thoughts on some potential roadmap items.

Just watched an Alex Hormozi video which touched on focus in business. It got me thinking, I have around 5 projects I've worked on in the last year and one of them has 3x the traffic of the others..but I work on it the least.

The projects are:

• timeturnip.com - 733 visitors in the last month

• caveman.press - 143 visitors in the last month

• Magic The Gathering app to track games with my friends - 3 visitors (it's not a public app)

• Music analysis tool to research artist mentions across Reddit - 0 users (not launched)

• Personal blog - 0 users (not launched)

I started TimeTurnip 7 years ago, it has no AI, and therefore is boring 😅. But it has organic traffic from who knows where. The other apps are much more interesting to me but it might be time to refocus on the one that people are actually using.
