App for coworking spaces.
Because building a product doesn’t mean only to build the product I have to develop a system that do the fallowing:
- send notifications when errors occurred on server
- receiving emails when cpu/memory/space is have above a entered value
- payment integration
- reading the logs form a central point
- easily add new hardware resources (vps/servers) to scale the app

I week ago I appeared on betalist. I received 83 unique visitors, bounce rate 63%, 1 people requested a demo
It appeared for the first time in January 2017 as a solution for a need of the hub where we, team Timonito, were operating at the time, our small and young team had a lot of experience and expertize in the thechnical niche.
The hub founders themselves were working there, but they couldn't be present at all times and had the need to see in real time which members were in the hub and how much hours they stayed there.
They searched but didn't found a solution, so they asked the hub members if they could make that solution. Team Timonito's solution was to make a software, and that's when we started, for the first time, the creation of a Coworking Space Management Software!
After reaching the stage where we had a minimum viable product we started to speak with local Coworking Space Managers. After months of discussions, we found their needs and most importantly we found the deficits other management software had at the time.
The bigest ones are the complexity to use, the impossibility for members to connect and see their stats, different integrations with different apps and the need for a module for clients to do the booking themselves.
After such rich feedback, we started to update our software with the goal of solving all those deficits. Let us present you some of the solutions we found.
- A Solution For Complexity
Our solution was modularization. This was our solution for making the Coworking Space Management Software very easy to use. How does it work For example, if you as a Coworking Space Business Manager don't use 1 of the modules, then you have the possibility to simply switch that module off. That will remove from the software all the windows directly related to the module, this will make the app much easier to use.
- A solution for members to connect
Our solution was to transform the Coworking Space Management Software from one use only by managers in one that can be used by anyone. The users can be separated into 4 categories. They are Administrators, Managers, Users, and Non-Members.
Each of the categories has specific rights. With Administrators having all the rights over the modules, and other categories having fewer and fewer rights.
- A solution for integration with other apps
We made it possible to make those integrations. But most of them raise the administrative costs of the business, so we also try to develop their functions in our Coworking Space Management Software to help our clients evade those costs. For us its easier to make integrations, but we want to develop those functions for our clients' benefit.
- A solution for clients to book
It is possible by using our booking module, where anyone can book from anywhere, anytime. Of course the module it's configurable, the rights to book a room are different for members and non-members.
We made it as flexible as possible. Different Coworking Space Businesses have different needs in this regards. We want through the flexibility of the module configuration to ensure all of them.
Those are our solutions to the problems our clients have. We believe a software it's never perfect, it can always be upgraded for new needs, more users or other changes.
That's why we work daily to improve our software. We also listen to our clients, their feedback makes our product better and ensure their satisfaction.
