Tini Shuttles
A booking platform for airport shuttles in Swaziland.
Well, this was unexpected but a shuttle company emailed us to thank us for the Google Sheet. Two of the customers they used said they found out about them through our tweet. It's always great to hear that your little experiment is useful and is generating revenue for your potential customers.
First we had to contact the shuttle companies to confirm the details. We published the google sheet and also emailed survey respondents to let them know about the first version. So far the feedback has been great.

What we learnt from the survey was that finding shuttle information is an annoying process. So as a first version, we created a google sheet with shuttle company details. We collected all the information that customers require to make bookings. We'll slowly add more information and find out if this is actually useful.
We published the survey on Facebook and Twitter on Monday, 2 December.
We are quite pleased with the results so far. We have learned new information about the market as well as confirmed some of our already existing beliefs about the shuttle booking process.
We created a survey that will help us with the following:
- Learn more about other people's experiences with booking shuttles.
- Understand what's important when booking shuttles.
- Collect a list of potential users of our shuttle booking platform.
We both agreed that we didn't want to spend too much time building stuff that people may not need. So we thought it's best to first create a survey and get a better understanding of other people's experiences with book shuttles. Thereafter we'll create a spreadsheet with all the information we can gather to help people book shuttles.
Had a discussion about the idea with my business partner. We both use Swazi shuttles often so we have a good understanding of how annoying the booking process can be. We discussed what we're trying to achieve with the project and what we would call it.
